The National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Lagos judicial division has ordered the Chairman and Secretary of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Lagos State Chapter, to appear in court and show cause why they should not be committed to prison for the disobedience of the orders of court recognising the Tricycle Owners Association of Nigeria (TOAN) as the only Trade Union authorised to organise Tricycle owners.
